Very nice Pewter Wall Plate.  Independence Hall - 1776.  'Great Moments in American History' by Sexton, USA 1973.  Center is raised etched scene, very attractive.  There is no color on this plate, the red in the photo is a reflection of the stool it is sitting on.  Measures 9" in diameter.
